And you can see he's also using Last Stand in combination with Enraged Regeneration so that he actually heals himself for 30-40% of 135% of his actual hp ^^ For the ones in doubt: this is definetly a level 80 warrior with enough points in Fury for Bloodthirst and enough in Protection for Concussion Blow, so he's a Hybrid, probably just for doing stuff like this ;-)

This guy is Fury/Prot spec. He has 2-3 things healing him. There is a trinket that heals u for 120 every block for 20 seconds. He also has lifewarding on his wep (chance on heal for every hit). His fury/prot spec gives him Bloodthirst which heals u for 1% every second. He most likely has Glyph of Enraged Regeneration which adds another 10% to the heals. So for each regeneration every 2-3 minutes he gets 40% of his health back + all that other stuff i just mentioned.
