I've read all the books. Even though they help understand some things in the series, M5 STILL doesn't make much sense to me. I don't get how they really fit together.

Humor aside though, I'm still confused. What was Yeesha trying to do and how does that tie in with the Grower? And what about Esher, what was he going to use the tablet for? I wouldn't mind having someone clear that up.

The graphics were pretty nice (especially the Bahro), the soundtrack was epic, but overall the game didn't really impress me. Yeesha's ending speech was too drawn out. I would've liked to see more of the classic Myst places like Teledahn, maybe Rine or the Cleft, I would certainly wanted to see Myst in something that wasn't a bad ending. A for effort, but fell short overall.

I have to ask, are we finding out that the reason that the D'ni could ever link anywhere was because they had enslaved the bahro thousands of years before? And if that's true, what were all the books for???

Why is he untrustworthy? Because he thinks those things should stay slaves...because he was all excited about the memory of killing people in the arena...because he is disgusted by these creatures that are doing so much to help you...i could go on, but i wont

This is the worst of them all. EPIC FAILURE. I would be happy if they remade it and pretended this never happened. As well as URU.

I played the myst games which always scared me to my last strand of sanity, but the part where the thing happened I thought i was eaten by a tiger and the Bahro ant creatures scared me to crap.
