I got my buckles at an Ace Hardware locally.. They were $1.49 for the 3/4" buckles and $1.79 for the 1" buckles. Also paid $2.49 each for a couple 1 1/2" buckles. Tandy Leather Co. online has them cheaper if you want to buy them in bulk. The D-ring for the tags and leash attachment also came from the Ace Hardware. The 1" buckles with a double cobra knot weave is more than enough to keep my 80lb German Shepherd under control plus it looks really nice in Desert tan and OD green.

how do you tie the paracord to the ties so they stay tied effectively.? i've tried but i cannot find a way to tie the cord to the buckle. if you can do a viddeo showing how you did tha collar from scratch i would greatly appreciate it.
Where did you get the buckles for the collar?
