Which ones are counters and which ones are finishers?

@KashaiSakur Finishers are initiated by ezio himself when the enemy is defenseless, whereas counters are initiated when the enemy attacks ezio.

is there a certain way to do some of these, because when i play, ezio never does the throat crusher, ive tried so many times and he only does it once in a blue moon

if you watch carefully the throat crusher counter attacks, notice that the enemy always does a mid-level left punch (not just any left punch). Countering this punch will result in the throat crusher. This applies to other punches as well, countering a certain punch will result in a specific counter attack. I tried many times too before finally figuring out this pattern. Hope this helps yea :)
