It's not the same a step that foots.
Rudy takes two steps, but the second was with both feets. NO TRAVEL.

If you're Lebron you get 2 more steps, a jump stop and a crab dribble.

The 'eurostep' is little more than taking your two steps after you pick the ball up. It's not much of a new move but guys like Ginobili did it differently by changing direction with each step.
This isn't a eurostep though, it's a simple hop. He picked the ball up, landed with the left, then the right (2 steps), then went up for the shot. No travel whatsoever. It's actually really common

No, its not a travel, its called a jump stop. Its used all the time in college ball. the ref called it cuz he didnt see where Rudy put the ball.
