Shores of Hazeron Fighter Night PART 2

Thanks to Sensei for organizing and providing for such a fun occation!

I am NUMBERZero, and this is my favorite fighter in the game (so far. I wish for the Pyro-GX, Starhawk, or the Hellbender)


My controller is a Saitek X52. It gives me unparalleled amount of buttons to chose from to perform many different actions. Unfortunately, Hazeron doesn't have that many actions to chose from ;)

What that means is that we were flying this completely in the dark. We had no radar what so ever and we didn't even have homing missiles. All of this was just done by eyeballing it.


Several things I tried avoiding during this event:
1. Type killing. Everyone hates a type killer. In Descent, it is easy to tell who is typing because they have a keyboard over their ship, so I try avoiding it 98% of the time. Here, there is no way to tell. There were several occasions in which I could have swooped in for an easy kill, but I couldn't tell if they were typing or if they were just idling about looking for targets (you should always be on the move).

2. Shooting the carriers. The carriers had shields, but since they didn't have any layers of armor, our lasers could slice through the things like butter.
