A1: Snatch (5 x 6-10 each arm)
A2: Clean & Press (5 x 6-10 each arm)
A3: Alternating Swing (5 x 12-20)
A4: Figure 8 to Hold (5 x 10 each way)
B: Half TGU (3 x 20 each side)
C: Interval Training Burpees (1 x 10 min)
