Barack Obama doesn't want his daughters punished with a baby if they make a mistake.

I don't know about you, but I don't consider my two precious kids punishment!

You are missing the point and taking those words out of context. If you *force* a woman to go through a pregnancy and childbirth *against her will* then that counts as punishing her for having sex or for being raped. Just because he won't force that on his daughters doesn't mean he's saying pregnancy in general is a punishment. I won't be forced to bear a pregnancy against my will, and f I had a daughter I wouldn't force her to carry a pregnancy either if that wasn't what she wanted.

@Karenjadegirl You are missing the point.  Ending a life is not an acceptable form of birth control. Why stop at birth, maybe you didn't realize you didn't want the child until that first night that you didn't get any sleep? Why allow the "punishment" after that? I'm sure you would also like the woman to be forced to make a choice before she knows all the facts or views an ultrasound or hears the baby's heartbeat. The only one who could be punished is the innocent child deprived of life.

The fact is, the forced birth movement DOES want women to be punished with babies. They hate women. They're always screaming "KEEP YOUR LEGS CLOSED!" It's clear they want women to be punished for having sex. Most of them don't even want women to have access to birth control.

There are hundreds of pro-life centers that will help a woman through the pregnancy and the adoption process, there is no excuse for using abortion as an ex post facto form of birth control, and that is what Obama was promoting.

You abort because you are in no way ready to be a mother, and lack the support needed to do so without ending up homeless, on welfare, ect.

When he said 'punished with a baby' he meant it like so many assholes call it- 'that whore DESERVES to raise a child for opening her legs- make her accept responsibility'.

A child is NOT a punishment, which is why abortion needs to stay legal- you have pro-lifes who push for unfit homes/parents just to prove a 'point' that a whore 'asked for it'.

Well it is obvious he was not elected into office because of his moral standards. I have 2 sons and never once have I felt punished by having them.
