I understand your anger and frustration, but this video wasn't very good. First of all, why the fuck do you have headhpones on? Are you too busy while recording your video that you can't stop for seven minutes? And the way you explained them, it made it feel like you were just bitching about it, and not really ANGRY at all.

um i think the person under me is right BT is so number 2. I'm black so i can recognize the signs. i work in customer service and i hate Ghetto "BT's" as u call it. They are everything u say and more. But not every black person is like that. It's not a race thing it's an environment/upbringing thing. I'm just upset that people of other races are exposed to the ghetto "BT's" and assume every black person is like that. It ruins it for the regular black people who don't want to be stereotyped.

My two guesses as to what BT is by what he described (I've been a waitress at three different restaurants in the last year and a half btw):

1) Business Types... maybe, but doesn't quite fit his description.

2) Black tables... I know I'm going to get branded a racist for this one, and that's probably why he didn't just come out and say it, but seriously, at least 3/4 of my black customers are loud, rude, demanding, wasteful, and don't tip well, if at all. It's not a stereotype, it's just true.

could BT stand for "bad tipper"? i work in a restaurant as a server too, and my biggest pet peeve is people who spend 120 dollars on food and rationalize that a 10 dollar tip is a large tip cause its 10 dollars and that seems like its a lot of money. thats tipping less than 10 percent you assholes. waiters in normal restaurants dont get that many large checks, and when you screw them on a tip they are making like 5 dollars an hour
