Thanks once again.
I have found a website of a John Cameron who is a composer (both classical and popular) so I assume that it is the right one?

Thank You so much for the information.now I shall go and seek out John Cameron.I get the feeling that the choral setting is quite modern?
@MrSwifts31 According to the Boosey & Hawkes publishing company, the choral arrangement is done by John Cameron.
Of all the versions of this on YouTube this is undoubtedly the best.
The balance between the male and female voices is superb,as is the quality of the singing. Also the speed that the conductor takes is just right too.
Can someone tell me who added the latin words to Elgar's music?
I cannot find any details on the net,so do I assume it was Elgar himself.
