Meditation in motion Yoga Posture. Inhale as you lift your shoulders to your ear lobes, keeping the head erect and soft.
As you Exhale, rotate the shoulders around by pushing up out of the chest rotating them in a full circle.

  • They should stop after a while really focus on the breath. Yoga is a process.

  • Excuse me , hi but i've been Rotating my shoulders everyday , my shoulder hurt so i dont know why i keep on rotating it . Could you please tell me why i keep on rotating my Shoulders? Thnx.
