588 dislikes = 588 jealous assholes somewwhere. Yngwie has obviously mastered the instrument , but some people have no frkin idea what neo-classical music represents.
I also agree w / Angryification. Em to G#m ?? I f*cked around w / it and could not make it sound palatable at all. Very clever indeed. But Yngwie never gets the credit he desreves except in Japan where they are all smarter then us anyhow ...

Yngwie is a fantastic player without having to shred the fucking balls off the backing track. Shame that he always does. The instances on his records where he holds back a little are pure gold yet he has to blow his load every time.

Happiness is a valid emotion. Too many guitarists think you've got to be miserable and pull a BB King "Someone smeared dog shit on my top lip" face to convey this mystical "emotion". If any genre of music talks to you then you'll find the emotion in it.
