Hydrogen is a product of OIL REFINERIES. Every refinery produces and uses tons of H2 gas. They try to hide this fact, but every refinery could easily have a CNG or H2 fuel station, they vent off tons of the stuff.
So the idea of Hydrogen is completely BOGUS and a lie.

I would like to see more said about CNG in the mainstream media. Here in the UK you can buy a CNG home refuelling compressor, which over the course of a ten hour charge can compress enough gas into your car for it to run 170miles, at a third of the per mile cost as petrol, all for £2500+about £1000 for the car's conversion cost.
