Cormier probably won't try to go to the ground with Mir, therefore, his BJJ has been nulified and Cormier has the obvious advantage on the feet. If Mir pulls guard, Cormier has the strength to stand up immediately. What's interesting about that? This is a horrible fight for Mir and the odds show that. Also, why are you getting all defensive? Um.. who are these minor league fighters you're referring to? I hope you're not that stupid to call former Strikeforce fighters minor league. I knew UFC fans are really stupid for the most part, but I hope that's what you meant. Because the fighters i remember from Strikeforce were: Overeem, Bigfoot Silva, Werdum, Josh Barnett, Cormier, and the last Emperor Fedor Emelianenko... In any case.. Mir got his ass wooped by Cormier. Who i believe may be the 2nd best heavyweight in mma today!

Although Cormier probably could take Mir down at will (let's face it, it TD defence is so non-existent you can't even tell if he's resisting most of the time), I didn't say anything about taking Mir down at will, I think you replied to the wrong comment.
