Very Unusual, Yet, Cool EAS Test!!!

I recorded this the other day. I was flipping through channels and I happened to pass through a static channel (that used to be a channel we had a long time ago) when this popped up. I've never seen one that looks like this before; it is so cool!

someones gonna catch hell, there's no SAME for RWT's. but this is neat, kinda looks like a trimmed version of the traditional blue screen EAS

@mjtheman23 I saw this same kind of EAS the other day for a severe thunderstorm warning, but couldn't find my camera :(

The voice was the weird AT&T Text-To-Speech Voice.

I NEVER GET THIS SCREEN. ALL I GET IS THE BLACK SCREEN (Yeah, mostly) AND SAW A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING TICKER DURING GHOST WHISPERER.
