15 percent minox is overkill...above 5 percent the benefits are nihill...5 percent is 45 percent more effective as opposed to 2 percent. I you go above that, you will just get more sides, thats it.
Just curious as what you would recommend now for minoxidil ? Perfect image has ceased production. What other 15 percent is out on the market? Just started using this about a month ago and went to order more. This stinks! Lol
ive been using 5% for 5 years and Ive managed to stay where i was as far as my hair. In other words, I didn't regrow hair but I also didn't loose any hair. I was 23 when i started and Im 28 today... Im happy with it

Dude, the 2005 study with azelaic acid was about treating alopecia areata, not MPB.
I still think that azelaic acid is useless... Just like caffeine or saw palmetto (orally). The last one might work a little as addition to a topical solution, but it alone won't do anything.
@137513751375able Ok, you can try the Perfect Image Solutions 15% Minoxidil or Xandrox 15 or one of the minoxidilmax 15% solutions. I can also recommend Spectral.DNC-L, it works for me very well so far (12 weeks). It is cream based and intended for bald areas. For thinned areas I would recommend Spectral.DNC which is liquid. Unfortunately, many users of DS Laboratories products (manufacturer of Spectral.DNC(-L) complain about changing quality... I was lucky so far.
