  • "hold it 4 3 2 1 AND PUMP IT 10 9 8..." this is why i effin' hate pilates...

  • She is giving out bad information, when doing those "chest lifts" you shouldn't have ANY 'curl' in your upper chest/neck area. Your head should be going STRAIGHT up in the air. UNless you want great conditions to get injured.
