This is from a Chinese FMA fangame called "Bluebird's Illusion". There're 4 different endings for this game. In the one known as "Pride!Ed ending", Ed commits suicide after the deaths of Roy and Al. However, Father decides that Ed is "too special to die" so he turns him into an homunculus, the Pride!Ed homunculus.
