@killerlord11 do you mean the NCR outfit that's featured on the New Vegas's Cover? that outfit cannot be bought... if you want it. you need to kill the Troopers. I can make a video if you want and i'll let you know when its up

@killerlord11 if you want the ncr to take over Primm, go to the tents across the bridge and talk to Lt. Hayes. He'll ask you to go to the Mojave Outpost.
