@vfrStar because the ghetto brethen think it is hot. the worst part is, this all makes the car unsafe. the more rotating weight on a car's axles, the bigger the brakes need to be. he is rolling probably stock brakes, which is a 11-13" disc, with the 11" drums in the rear. also, his hood fit lines are horrid.
