Anyone is welcome to add English and Japanese captions to this video:

(just paste the link to this video after clicking "Specific Video...")
If you want, you could make three separate Japanese tracks for romaji, all kana, and kana/kanji. The transcripts of the skits are in the textbooks. You can email me the captions at japloosh@gmail.com

  • This show is great! It makes it really easy to remember phrases and put things together. It reminds me of an adult dora the explorer for japanese. lol

  • In my experience, speaking slowly and then building up to a native level never works. To this day I still can't understand a word of French spoken from a native, even though I've studied it for 4 years. I've studied Japanese for 4 months and can understand simple conversations because I'm used to hearing the language at a native speed.

This applies to the people I know, too.

  • @CircusofPython

you should try Pimsleur French. It's great for improving your pronunciation as well as getting familiar with the French sounds.
