This film or Rani deserved an oscar! I have never seen a indian film like this.it was so different than any other bollywood films. Black is probably the best Film hindi film ever.What sets Rani Mukherjee from others is that she is not just an versatile actress but also a true "artist". in a such a young age,she revolutionzed industry in sense that you don'thave to do typical indian film roles all the time,alot of the actresses are following in her footsteps..

This movie basically takes its entire plot from Helen Keller's life story, doesn't it? I never realized the similarities were that extreme, lol. But if anyone can pull of the acting required for this kind of role, it's Rani. This kind of performance is pretty radical for Bollywood.
