wow, black thing coming out of the light in sea at :18. I've seen that crumpled bag looking thing in sky before in Phoenix 05. This is definatly not a kite, it moves unaturally real fast at one point. Watch a ton of ufo vids, this is real, numskulls!

Very odd the way it moves across the sky. . .cant be a plane coming into land at Exeter ( they go up the Exe depending on the wind direction ) Brixham is on the flight path because of the tracking station there and often you see them head on with their lights on and they dont appear to be moving. . .this is different and hard to explain. What is'nt difficult to explain is the pubic hair floating around on the lense. . .had a fun holiday then here in sunny Devon !!!

why is the man with the camera not pointing out to his family that there is a strange light in the sky? That could be the reflection of the camera against the window or I don't know maybe the window is dirty.

What a lot bullshit. It’s clearly a kite. I live in Exmouth and regularly visit this beach, in the summer it’s full of holiday makers flying kites. People regularly are going up and down on power kites and other things that use kites to pull them along.
