Deadlifts have done a world of good for my lower back.

Simple and clear explanation, I used to stay away from deadlifts and squats with the fear of injury to lower back as my trainer kept scaring the shit out of me, but after watching this video i tried it out yesterday, its easy as 1 2 3

Yeah some people spread way too much fear about these exercises, when all they need to do is learn proper form.
