If you're a beginner and looking to get mass. You should simply focus on the compound movements.

Like mentioned before, squat, deadlift, benchpress, although I would also like to add chinups and MP.

o and btw dont use a belt, you're working out to increase the strenght of your back..

Lol yeah. Good thing she crouched, otherwise we wouldn't have seen what was going on in the background. Oh wait... -_-

What about barbell rows? Or would that be superfluous?

Plank is also great to do with the compounds to build extra stability.

Crazy clip. Fine movie clip. My close friend was once obese. He went from 290 lbs of pure fat to 208lbs of purely natural muscle mass. That shit was crazy! I just subscribed personally because I'm wanting to get enormous muscle mass. He made use of the Muscle Building Bible (Google it)...

That's what your muscles are for. If you flex your core the spine won't bend. Look at lifters with bad form. They arch parts of their spine. You can lift more, but it's not healthy for your intervertebral discs.

But you spine will bend under weight. You would have to use light weight and even then you back will be under pressure

Not if you keep your spine straight. This exercise is exhausting as hell, because you need to flex all the muscles in your core to pretend it from bending downwards.
