  • @caiwp deadlifts scare people who normally do reverse wrist curls while their girlfriends watch. i wish id had such a pleasant experience, when i used to deadlift at a gym people just looked spooked and went back to isolation tibialis anterior work supersetted with masturbating.

  • "The bar weighs 500 lbs... you're not gonna roll it. You have to accommodate your position."

    Tell that to Benedikt Magnusson.

  • @Exmerch shut up and stop being so ignorant, you know nothing compared to Ripp so go back to doing your deadlifts wrong and slip a disk in your back while your at it.

  • @Exmerch Yo, Ripp is a former (rather successful) power lifter and currently one of the most sought after strength coaches in the game. Just because he isn't in competition shape these days doesn't mean he suddenly forgot everything he's ever learned.

Also, he could still press you. And chug a gallon of milk. At the same time.

  • 0:39 nice ass in red

  • his foot is actually cut in 2/3..

  • @Exmerch Because he's ridiculously fucking strong. Do some reading.

  • Lol fat fuck slob telling how to lift, how can his words be taken seriously if he can't use any of his knowledge himself, it's like taking financial advice from a broke homeless guy.

  • @w0nker101 what do you think lifting your chest without dropping your butt is meant to do then?

  • @Spacemonkeymojo empty bar?

  • @w0nker101 yeah, that's right

  • @suddeninsight well the instructor might have said in another video but in this video, he doesn't mention (and let alone stress) what so ever about keeping the spine straight when lifting.
