This is a fun and energetic routine that has a killer freestyle at the end! As said in my last JD3 upload, this routine is tiring! JD3 is a cardio workout for sure! Once again I'm not going to compare JD3 and DC because I think they are respectively different, it would be like comparing apples to oranges.
