New details in Phoebe Prince case

Phoebe may have attempted suicide months before she killed herself in January. If Phoebe Prince was suicidal before the bullying happened... this could help the defense argue that their client's bullying wasn't necessarily the cause of her death.

The whole point of bullying is that bullies seek out the weak. Criminal charges are totally justified. These kids wouldn´t have even bothered harrasing Phoebe if they didn´t believe it would have an effect.

See. Ppl want to just blame the bully's or the cops or the teachers when they can't even look into their own household first. She was suicidal before she was even bullied. Doesn't justify what they did but it shows how quickly ppl jump on the wagon to crucify people before all the facts come to light.

you know what? Ur right I've had alot of time to think about my comment and Ive come to a conclusion... Theres no way Im letting him off that easily. Think of the movie Saw, only theres no time limit. The shit would go on for years. Why did Phoebe, or anyone, have to be treated that way? It isn't right. I can only imagine how horrible she must have felt. None of the bullies get how horrible they made her feel. How they made her family feel. What really makes me angry is that some of them probably don't even care. Even if she was suicidal before, it wouldn't matter because all they did was make it worse for her instead of making it better. :( Maybe if they had been nicer to her, Phoebe would still be alive.
