@JRYT2000 Well if that were true, it would only further support my theory. 20" inch biceps would look a lot bigger on someone who is 5' 11 than on someone who is 6' 4+. I know a lot of small guys around 5' 8 who look really buff (and they are for their size) but if you were to take that mass and put it into a frame 6' 4 they would look really skinny.

Are you talking about Brutus Beefcake? He wasn't nearly as big as Hogan, what are you talking about? And another thing to consider, Hulk is like 6' 4, Greg Valentino is 5' 5. Yes, Hogan is nearly a foot taller than Valentino, so Valentino's 28 inch biceps look ridiculously big on him, where on someone who is around 6' 5 would carry arms that size a lot better.
