  • hey dr perry could u make a vid on care for scoliosis. I have it and it just started bothering me today. I did some yoga and stretches i've learned in massage training. This tennis ball video is great I'll have to start doing it on my erecter spinae group since that is tight a lot......thanks dr perry keep the great vids coming.

    p.s. if i could id visit ur clinic n meet u i think it would be a great educational opportunity.

  • Sere thing...stop on my. Always like to teach. Scoliosis is tough because it makes a differnce which way the curve is and by how much. Here is a tip: Free up your hip first to help the scoliosis.

  • Thanks! I have ankylosing spondylitis (under control for now with Humira) and I'm finding that staying mobile is my friend. I love riding a rode bike, but thoracic stiffness seems to be causing a lot of neck pain in the typical road bike position. I'm going to give this a try!
