why is the title different from what is shown?

@spoink94 after you turn it into Sepia, go back to Adjustments -->Mode--> then hit RGB. After that you should be able to save it as JPEG.

This guy takes 3 minutes and 28 seconds of his 10:45 minutes to talk about adjusting the pictured and cropping instead of showing how to do sepia. Then he goes into this long method of creating sepia. There are simpler ways to do this.
He is yet another self absorbed show off of how much he knows. Why cant these guys just teach and not be so self absorbed with themselves?

I understand there's many different ways to do the same thing in photoshop, but honestly, I've never used channel mixer to convert to B&W, why is that better? And why so many layers when you could just make snapshots after each new adjustment? And why not just use color balance to create sepia? or a customized photo filter? How is his way better than the MUCH faster ways? I wish I knew...maybe I'm missing something...
