Using simple narration, we take a visual tour of China (Beijing, Shanghai, Xi'an), its people and its sights and traditions. This video is good for beginning and intermediate students of Mandarin Chinese who want to learn more about mainland China. It is particularly well suited for "fantasy trips" to China in the Chinese as a foreign language classroom.
I enjoy it. Thanks for sharing on YouTube. just two minor mistakes--time: 1'16 (picture on the left should lion (shi2shi1zi in Mandarin; not a dog) time:2'22 (I would suggest to say the streetfood is rice instead of noodle because the sign showed (ke4fan4) But, overall it is a good resource to show to the students. Thank you!!
