@MeWannabeMe2 Also many of the before pics were shot by the clients at their homes, there cameras may have not been the best but nothing was altered int he pics.. they were just that out of shape day 1

@MeWannabeMe2 Nothing has been photoshopped, I do appreciate the props though, your telling me that what we are doing is amazing to the point that it looks fake.. The final shots are done by a photographer, white background has nothing to do with it. I find it funny that people always have to look for some sort of negative even in something so positive. These peopel changed their life and went from out of shape to very good shape. Its why I make videos , videos cannot be photoshopped :)

I dont know if its just me, but i check the pictures on hitchfit.com and some look Photoshop either that or its because of the white background and low pixel camera, lol! It's baddd, really bad...

@mlalonde1971 We make all the prgrams either 3, 4 or 5 day splits, and progress the cardio as the clients gets in better shape, its structured around their goals and starting point. We feed clients balanced unless they are doing a photoshoot or getting on stage.. The people who make the good choices and work hard do very well.. Make sure weekly you keep in touch with me that is the key
