dam dude i had that problem so much in that game id get paralyzed but then id be a real risktaker drop everything i could get back and go get cured at a temple

that is no disease, they drained your strenght permanently, so you need restore strength potions

When your streanght gets damage you need to restore it, either at a shrine or with a restore streanght potion.

Same with any other skill that gets damaged
