You can set up the length with the Set End button of course, but what I use to change the length live is to connect the output of one of the three rows of the sequencer to the start input, then put all the knobs of the row you are using all the way to the left, then start raising up just one knob (choose one) and it would change the length, kind of random, but useful.

Thats the spirit. The Q119 is a hell of a module, when not in use as a traditional sequencer I ues it as a LFO with my 2 VCOS, or try to use it as a sequencer and a LFO at the same time, lots of fun with that module

what did u use for changing the length of the sequence, I've seen it in one of your videos...? I tried using LFO to trigger 'Start' but the problem is that it isn't that precise and sometimes the last step is fractured-like...
