toshiba m65 -s821 LCD strange problem vertical black stripe part 2

i have black stripe approx. 3-4" or so straight up and down on the right side of my display. this stripe is there from the moment i turn the laptop on. it isnt like if it was a cracked lcd because the line of black is perfectly vertical. any suggestions are greatly appreciated. this vid is me just running pixel program. all are good just missing right side of screen as you can see when i open IE

@jjdino. I know it has been a year but I just saw ur question. LCD tvs are bigger issues bc they are bigger devices. In my experience the vertical line issue with LCD tvs could be one or a few things. Could be tcon board needs replaced(fairly easy and cheap). Could be faulty driver board( also fairly easy and cheap) or bad ribbon cable/connection from driver board to LCD(usually not replaceable without replacing entire LCD screen, which is not cost effective at all bc u can buy a brand new tv t

Inverter was fine. I Only replaced the LCD.

solved this issue, hope it helps someone. new LCD replacement works perfect now. i guess some of the many connections for that side of lcd got broke and cause no signal. i purchced under 100$ online and installed very easily

@cryptonic42o hey i am having the same problem with my toshiba 47 inch lcd tv. theres a vertical straight line in the center of my screen, it used to be about 4inches long now almost strectches the whole screen from top to bottom. Was hoping you could help me out and explain more about what you got to fix it. thanks alot
