@martin1000890 of course they did, heart transplants are only given, when the person have got a great risk of dying within a short time. so no matter what, it was the right decision. - and if he doesn't take the medication, his body will not accept the heart

well james i believe he ok now i bet. but james mum and dad knew the risks when doing an heart transplant

even though the heart is working well inside james's body. he has to take medication for the rest of his life otherwise with out it the heart will not work very well
