Well its through cheap labour that a third world nation becomes first world bub. Modern Examples; Taiwan and Singapore, the use to provide cheap labour to produce cheap goods, and now look at them. Singapore is one of the largest transit terminals and finacial service providers to the southern hemisphere, and Taiwan is produces technology.
