Rubbish! rid of all the illegal Africans, drunks junkies, renovate, demolish 60 years old box eyesore of buildings, evacuate all the asbestos roofs, stop disposing sewage into the sea, regulate traffic, parking space, and more! then maybe with some considerable effort it could be squeezed into top 100 "beach-cities" to visit...
