Yangjiang (simplified Chinese: 阳江; traditional Chinese: 陽江; pinyin: Yángjiāng) is a prefecture-level city in southwestern Guangdong province, People's Republic of China. It borders Maoming to the west, Yunfu to the north, Jiangmen to the east, and looks out to the South China Sea to the south. It is famous for being the base of Yangjiang Shibazi, a knife manufacturer.

阳江市位于漠阳江下游，紧邻珠三角，扼粤西要冲。地理坐标为北纬21°28′45〞 ─22°41′02〞， 东经111°16′35〞─112°21′51〞。东西长112.5千米，南北距132.75千米。陆地总面积7813.4平方千米。总人口260.5万人（2008年）­。

陆路距广州247千米，距湛江230千米，距珠海160千米。水路距香港143海里，距澳门129海里。其中丘陵面积占陆地总面积的 26.03%，山地面积占42.73%，平原面积占22.17%。海岸线长341.5千米，主要岛屿有30个，岛岸线长49.3千米。地势由北向南倾斜，依山傍海，东北有­天露山屏障，西北有云雾山环绕。境内最高山峰为望夫山脉的鹅凰嶂，海拔1337米，最长河流为漠阳江，全长199千米，南北贯穿全市，自北向南流入南海。

阳江是中国刀剪之都，中国优秀旅游城市，也是风筝之乡、文化之乡。
　　
据2009年最新统计，市区空气仍保持国家一级标准，海域水质达一类标准，饮用水达标率 100%。这种环境在省内首屈一指，全国也都罕见。
