Not really, Guest Services Staff can be found between Row 1 (General Seating or Sideline Club) & Row A5, & they check your tickets before letting you down there; usually you can only sneak down to the lower level in the 4th quarter of a blowout.
I wouldn't pay $1,500 to sit on the floor (Row AA), but seats in Rows A2-A5 behind the baskets are "just" $250 ($350 for games against the Cavaliers, Celtics, & Lakers).

I do see how that could work; I only go to the games with 1-2 friends or by myself, so I would never have a chance of getting past Guest Services.
