HAARP has no potential to affect weather. The frequency of energy that HAARP transmits cant be absorbed by the troposphere or the stratosphere, only by the ionosphere, many kilometers higher than the highest atmospheric weather systems. The ionosphere wouldn't move if this occurs, it would simply absorb the energy. The natural fluctuation of energy in the magnetic field on a normal day is 100s of times more powerful than anything HAARP is capable of. The endeavors suggested aren't possible.

Unexplained lights before earthquake-? Also called earthquake lights.Its been known for a long time.Also someone forgot to mention 250k dead in SE Asia.Another thing nature is quite capable of wiping out vast numbers on her own.The Toba eruption 73k years ago almost wiped out all of mankind.The numbers dropped to maybe 5k survivors.HAARP is evil no doubt,NWO- the same, but credible proof of such things is needed- not speculation.Hope for the best ,but prepare for the worst is how I live.
