bureaucracy or Are They Making Up Lies? True Story

True Story-Division of Blind Services refuses to give client checks, assistance with purchasing college textbooks. DBS is 80% federally funded. This is the state agency dictated to help blind and visually impaired adults acquire gainful employment. Clients who are students are suppose to have a monthly stipend. This client has worked through a "Work Experience" which pays $5 an hours and DBS will not give her the paycheck. Seventy percent of the blind population in the US are unemployed.

I have long known that social agency make false promises. Truth sets you free where lies inhibit our freedoms. Take this experinece as a note of caution, that men betray men, disabled betray disabled, there is no unity anymore among the masses.
