Kids have many influences in their lives that often steer them off course from Christ. Many of their responses in life's situations will feel natural to them yet will leave them empty and alone. Dads, though, have a unique opportunity to model Christ's example to their children even when no one else will.

@YukinoArima1 sigh... can you Catholics not accept that god MIGHT not be real, scratch that, the bible is a book, which i believe is full of lies, like the creation story, we've proved that wrong, Now, you started this by saying god was real? @Angiewantsfun Christ doesn't think that's cool, he hates it. My dad left too and I know God didn't cause or like it he has allowed it yes, but that is different then causing it to happen, bad things happen because men decide to go away from God, it's our fault not His. I serve an AWESOME God.

@whydoihavetoify Gods real, but there also is evil in the world. Starting with the Original Sin, evil has spread. God doesn't want it, but its there. Everything has to be equally balanced, or it won't work. Nothing is ever perfect, I know you realized that. Nobody is perfect either. Everything has its pros and cons. Thank you for giving me something to discuss.
