@TheWakeuppower That's the problem here. If it happened (to my sister, mom, etc) I'd kill the asshole who did it. I'd make it painful. But that's not the point. Not only would my judgement be clouded by anger, so my choices, including the "offing the bastard" one, would be questionable, but that I'd kill that guy doesn't mean I wouldn't be in favor of getting an abortion if the rape victim wanted it. Why not ? Killing the guy's about vengence for the past. Abortion's about choosing your future.

(1) Of course we need to try to reduce the amount of people being born on this planet. We are already at 7 billion and that number is estimated to rise to 10 billion within 50 years. You honestly think our tiny planet can sustain that level of population growth?
