93 Toyota Camry engine shake problem

Hi everyone.
I need some help, Here is the 93 camry. The engine shake badly when start the engine or get "D" gear when keep pressing break pedal.

I just changed the ignition leads(spark plug wire) but still same. and the spark plug ,engine oil ,oil filter changed half year ago, run nearly 5000km.

One more problem is the first lead has oil which can be seen in the video.

I will very appreciate you if you know the reason of the problem and teach me how to fix it, I want to save money.

I have the same problem let me know if you figure it out mine is a 89. But the same issue all the way down to the oil in the valve stem.

IACV problem. check connector , clean IACV or replace it.. btw did you bypass coolant at the throttle body?

Sounds like a Vaccum Leak somewhere. The engine's rpm's shooting up and down and sounding like its almost stalling is the prime suspect of it. I'd suggest checking your vacuum hoses going into your intake and see if any hoses are leaking or cracked.
