I work out not only strength. 2 times a week I run in the forest 7-10 km. Good for heart, lung, bone and skin. I exercise because I think it's fun and I feel great. I like the fit body and want to feel comfortable with myself, when I look in the mirror. The fact that I inspire others inspire myself too!!
