@philscafe how much exercises did u do for like chest and quads? do u think bigger body parts need more exercises?
-
@commandant15 - hey, at the moment doing volume but will shortly revert back to HIT because of the good results it yielded. Personally found it to be more effective for faster gains.

@philscafe i know them both, lee labrada used HIT which im using right now, r u a volume dude or do u like HIT???

Oh man, now you calling out some serious names. Did you know Mike and his brother Ray formed a clothing company with Dorian Yates called "MYM" for Mentzer Yates Mentzer aka Heavy Duty Inc. Dorian credit Mike with much of his heavy training principles. Both brothers looked awsome. Sadly in 2001 Mike Died of heart complications. Two days later his bro died as well. A lot of peeps speculate about the gear they consume being the cause. You can understand why. You know Vince Taylor or Lee Labrada?

i heard of serge nubret, but i've gotten into mike mentzer and frank zane from the 80's, their sick, especially zane who won his olympias by only aestheticness rather than size

@commandant15 Yo D Yates was a monster. I cant take nothing away from him. But I did really like Kevin Leverone a lot. One of my faves! He was cool. Phil heath is tight man. Symetry is crazy on that dude. These dudes train hard, have super genetics too, but the amount they have to spend on the gear is crazy! Do you ever remember a dude called Gary Strydom? Look him up on google. Dude is getting old and still looks the biz! Also check out Serge Nubret on youtube. That man was 70 & looked amazing!

@Faysalaaa gretest of all time

@philscafe i dont like today's dudes, except for like phil heath, what u think of d yates, he's like one of my favorite bodybuilders

@commandant15 - I think somehow you missed the joke son. If anybody who knows the sport of bodybuilding tells you to eat chocolate bars, of course they must be joking. Anyway I followed Dorian from before he won his pro card. I bought his book & Video Blood n' Guts son. To put it bluntly at the top level its all about genetics, strict diet, rest and gear. The biggest guys combine HGH, Insulin & Test amongst other things. Being from UK I loved Yates but todays dudes are bigger & more conditioned

at least you can tell whats up!
