@betterthanyouman9977 Took me almost 8 years of riding before I had my first fall. It's been only 5 months since then and I've fallen 3 more times. It'll happen eventually, and it happens to all of us. Learn from it, and don't be afraid of it.

@betterthanyouman9977 It can. Depending on how calm your horse is, how good of a rider you are, what discipline you do, if you ride UTI or not... lots of things can influence it.

lol, Im trying to figure out exactly what his intention was in dropping the reign, did he really think he was gonna be able to push the barrel back up and regain the reigns at a flat gallop? Seriously?

@betterthanyouman9977 My trainer used to tell me, you have to fall off a thousand times before you can consider yourself a good rider. So yes hunny, it happens. Everyone falls, and every fall is a learning experience. So keep a positive attitude and you will be just fine.
