  • Thanks for Your nice Comment. I like Your channel and subscribed to it. Maangchi is a Great Teacher !! I have learned so much from Her videos !

  • Hey, I'd like to know, what did u do to the cabbage after sprinkling salt? Do you soak them in salt water? or just leave them aside?

If you soaked them in salt water, then how much salt in how much water for one cabbage?

    THanks a lot!!

  • I just leave aside after generously salting . The water part is only to rinse off salt after they have sat for the time required (see video)

  • i think

    you can edit this down

    time wise

    dude

  • You are right !! but back when I made this I had windows ME !! and I did not how to use moviemaker or the camera !! and I was my own camera man ---I think it came out ok with what I had . He he

  • Why are you leaving the water running for so long? :(

  • Haha nice to see you actually make the recipes that maanchi uploads :)

  • It appears that he is making kimchi, using the recipe of Maangchi, a Korean. How does that make it Yankee?

  • Great Job! You gave me the courage to try making kimchi myself too! =)
