Check out Primal Rage.
Modern Dino FPS 4v4 coming out sometime this year getting features as they can finish them (looks quite pretty now), and playing as a T-Rex looks like it'll be hella fun.

Dino D-Day is amazing. Wish they made a single player campaign though.

In short, its gotten quite a bit better now, and for a more reasonable price. Unfortunately the initial sales rape and impressions killed off most of the player base, so not many people are inclined to give this a second chance. It's a shame :(

Trust me, this game is amazing fun now. They have patched and updated it alot.
Give it a shot if you crafted it from coal or something, it really is good now.
