How to use a penis pump..
The Penis Pump works in two ways. They can make the Penis bigger or if you are having erectile disfunction or have had a prostate operation you can use this tool to get an erection. The penis is inserted into the Penis Pump with an erection or not. You then start pumping the vacuum pump. It then draws blood to the Penis which causes and erection.
